Generic Floxin Tablet A

Generic Floxin after food or empty stomach but it should be at the same time every day.

The normal dosage for patients suffering from acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, commonly acquired pneumonia and uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections is 800 mg per day divided in two doses. The medication should be continued for 10 consecutive days.

The normal dosage of Generic Floxin for patients suffering from nongonococcal cervicitis/urethritis due to H.trachomatis, mixed infection of the urethra and cervix due to C.trachomatis and N.gonorrhoeae, prostatitis due to E.coli is 600 mg per day in two divided doses. The drug should be administered for 7 days continuously.

For patients suffering from uncomplicated cystitis due to E.coli or K.pneumoniae and uncomplicated cystitis due to other approved pathogens is 200 mg Generic Floxin per dose and should be taken twice in a day. The medication should be continued for 3 consecutive days in the former case and for 7 consecutive days in the later case.

Side Effects

The most common side effects of this drug are nausea, headache, insomnia, external genital pruritus in women, dizziness, vaginitis, diarrhea, and vomiting. Some times symptoms of abdominal pain and cramps, chest pain, decreased appetite, dry mouth, dysgeusia, fatigue, flatulence, gastrointestinal distress, nervousness, pharyngitis,
